We stand by all of our products, which are all brand new and fully covered by manufacturers' warranties. Although our prices are low we are not a factory outlet. We don't sell seconds or reconditioned appliances. Some of our applliances are OEM manufactured, which means thjat they are made in the same factories as the big world brands but don't carry branding. Consequently they are usually cheaper and will fit happily amongst branded products in your kitchen.
Although our head office is in Katikati, most appliances are shipped directly from supplier warehouses in Auckland. Less double-handling means that the items are fresher and cheaper for you.
